Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to love your natural hair care journey! If you're not completely satisfied, return unused products within 14 days for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
How to Start a Return

- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Pack items securely with packing slip
- Drop off at nearest shipping location
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
Want to try a different product? We're happy to help! Contact our team to arrange an exchange. We'll send your new product and provide a return label for the original item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Common Questions
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update your address before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout for ₪5. We'll include a handwritten note if you provide one.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned.
