By completing this purchase, I (the customer) confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

• Shade selection responsibility: selecting a color through the website is my sole responsibility. I agree that any result obtained is based on my personal judgment and selection only.
• Hair history and final result: I understand that the website operator is not responsible for my prior hair-color history. Therefore, any resulting shade, including a result that is unsatisfactory or does not match my expectations, is not the responsibility of the operator (Nayo Organic Ltd.).
• Use according to manufacturer instructions: I declare that if I do not follow the exact usage instructions (including processing and mixing times), or if the result is too dark or too light, full responsibility for the outcome rests solely with me. This includes understanding that 100% gray coverage is not guaranteed, as the company has no control over how the coloring process is performed in practice.
• Application understanding: I confirm that I have read and understood how to apply the color in practice, and that I am capable of performing the process myself.
• Remote guidance limitation: I understand that the website operator does not run a salon and cannot physically diagnose my hair (touch, visual inspection, or hair condition), including diagnosis by image.
• Any guidance provided by the website is based solely on the information I provided.
• The company recommends obtaining professional diagnosis and consultation in advance from the expert team listed under "Hair Stylists" on the website.
• Patch test: I understand the product is based on natural/vegan ingredients. Nevertheless, I commit to performing a sensitivity test on the arm or behind the ear 48 hours before use, to rule out a personal allergic reaction.
